Our team of dedicated instructors are always here to help you – to give you that motivational shout out, or that technical correction to help you get to your next level.
STRENGTH - LIFT
Bring on the strength gains! Our strength lift classes are divided into two stations, one focussing on a heavy lift in the racks (think deadlift, squats, bench press) and the other station a combination of exercises to target the full body. New to heavy lifting with the bar? Don’t worry we got you! Leave this class with a new found strength ready to seize whatever opportunities and tackle any challenges your day may bring..

STRENGTH - CIRCUIT
Let’s slow things down to chase those strength gains. No burpees, no cardio, just s solid hour of quality strength work in a circuit format targeting both the upper and lower body. Think Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX, focused on technique under the watchful eye of the instructor.

BOOTCAMP
Challenge yourself with this full body workout. Keeping you on your toes, no two classes are the same. A balanced mix of strength, cardio and core. Get your heart racing on rowing machines, ski ergs, assault bikes and treadmills. Find your strength with slam balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, box jumps and more…

SPIN
Calling all riders. Leave your dancing shoes at home. Join us for our 45 minute sweaty signature spin class. Focus will be be on endurance, strength and speed in these performance based (no dancing) classes. Think rolling hills, long flat roads and explosive intervals to reset the mind and body.

PYRAMID CHALLENGE
Take on this Muscular Endurance Challenge. Class is divided into two pyramids targeting lower body strength and upper body strength. To finish it off a blast of cardio and core.

ENDURANCE SPIN
Test your gas tank. Our Endurance ride challenges you to connect one track to the next. Take on a 60 minute long route of long flat roads, thick hill climbs and lots of attacks along the way. Drawing on the power of the pack, riding together, crossing that finish line will never feel better!

ANIMAL FLOW
Unleash your inner animal. Animal Flow is ground based body weight movement, designed to challenge the mind and body to move effectively. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility and mobility. Beginners welcome, no experience necessary, each class builds from the foundations up.

BULLETPROOF MOBILITY
You know all those exercises you were given by a physiotherapist years ago but you never did? Let’s do them together. Unlock effortless movement with mobility and control. Bringing a background in physiotherapy and injury prevention, coach Tess designs classes to increase overall mobility, relieve stiff aching joints and activate the core. The Goal: the confidence to move a more resilient body.

BULLETPROOF YOGA
One hour of movement and deep stretch to complement the heavy lifting and high intensity classes at FLYT. Reset the mind, realign the body and most importantly reconnect with your breath.

BOXING FUNDAMENTALS
Designed for beginners, this class builds your foundation step by step. Learn proper stance, footwork, and punching technique through a combination of bag drills and focus mitt work. A supportive environment to learn the basics of boxing, gain confidence (and blow off a little steam in the process).

THE GRIND CONDITIONING
Looking to improve your overall conditioning? This express 50 minute class will combine a mix of cardio and light to moderate weight strength exercises to get your heart rate up and metabolism firing. Class format is coaches choice so be ready for anything we throw at you (because that’s life right?)

INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING
Breaking down barriers – a BEGINNERS ONLY class focused on teaching the foundations of strength training. Learn how to squat, hinge, push, pull. Gain confidence working with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. proper strength lifting form and confidence with strength training. Slower pace, supportive coaching, and zero intimidation.

PRIMAL STRENGTH TRAINING
PRIMAL STRENGTH TRAINING brings together kettlebell training and body weight flow exercises for a full body workout aimed to build strength, stability and mobility. Forget the circuits or stations, carve out your space, grab your bells and get ready to test your muscular endurance and coordination. Leave feeling sweaty and strong.
